Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Click "view your account" on the upper right of the page and login to view your personal account information. Your account profile will show any saved shopping carts as well as your order history. Click the confirmation number of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: We offer flat-rate USPS Priority Mail shipping for $5.00, and all domestic orders over $100.00* ship Priority for free. We also offer USPS Express Mail, which has overnight service to most areas, for $20.00. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada costs $15.00, and international orders cost $20.00. You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
*Qualifying orders do not include gift certificate purchases.
